Administration Decries 'Democratic Hoax' as More Epstein Estate Images Made Public

House Democrats have published a new tranche of what they termed "alarming" photographs from the estate of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, depicting notably Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, and ex-UK prince Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.

The opening batch of 19 images—some of which have been previously circulated—plus another 70 released later on Friday represent a small number of the almost 100,000 images provided to the House oversight committee, which is probing the behavior and associations of Epstein.

The shamed investor died by apparent suicide in a New York detention cell in 2019 after being indicted on sex-trafficking offenses.

High-Profile Individuals in the Images

Included in the high-profile individuals visible in the initial batch are celebrities featuring movie maker Woody Allen; Microsoft creator Bill Gates; and Richard Branson, originator of the Virgin business group.

Donald Trump is pictured in three of the first nineteen images. In one, he is seen with six women, whose faces are blacked out.

Administration Reaction

The White House responded to the release in a official comment, accusing Democrats of selectively "choosing" the images for partisan aims and to "attempt to fabricate a false storyline."

"This Democratic fabrication against President Trump has been consistently disproven," a White House spokesperson said, asserting that "the current government has done more for Epstein's survivors than Democrats ever have by repeatedly calling for disclosure, releasing thousands of pages of records, and calling for further investigations into Epstein's liberal connections."

Panel Member Comment

The photographs were published devoid of explanation, but per a California Democrat and senior member of the oversight committee, they elicit additional doubts about Epstein's connections to wealthy individuals.

"Now is the occasion to halt this White House concealment and deliver justice to the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein and his well-connected allies," he stated in a release.

The disclosure of these images coincides with the oversight committee continuing its investigation into the Epstein matter.
